Complete home renovation on West Lake Boulevard, California
TJ Glidden Construction began this 3,600 SF home renovation on West Lake Boulevard in Fall of 2022. Completion was in Fall of 2023.
The renovation included new windows throughout to make the lake much more a focal point, replacing a 1,000 SF deck, and updates to 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths, a bar, a breakfast nook, dinner seating for 22, and day beds in multiple areas.
TJ Glidden Construction partnered with Todd Mather Architect, Justine MacFee Interior Design, and planning by Jan Brisco and Ron Driller Architect on this project.
