Complete home renovation with addition in Dollar Point, Tahoe City
TJ Glidden Construction completed this 5,200 SF renovation and addition, taken down to the subfloor with approximately 95% new construction. Work began in July 2020 and was completed in December 2021.
The project included new windows and siding, a redesigned kitchen and living rooms, four bedrooms, a dedicated office, and four-and-a-half bathrooms.
Design and engineering were led by Tim Ferrell, with architectural support from Todd Mather Architect. Interior design was provided by Design Bar.
